RPA Acquired By Hyder Consulting

Our impressive growth in recent years had brought RPA to the attention of a number of potential acquirers. As a result of this interest we are delighted to announce that RPA became a member of the Hyder Consulting Group on 23rd April.
Directors Ian Parfitt, Nick Soady, John Morris, Ian Couzens, Alun Davies and Elis Evans, along with all the staff will remain with RPA, so its business as usual!
Hyder Consulting’s Chief Executive Tim Wade said “I am delighted we have acquired RPA which is in line with our acquisition strategy to find high quality, high value, specialised companies which will increase our skill base and introduce us to new markets”.
