RPA’s services to Banks, Building Societies and general funding organisations continue to expand at pace. We work on a national level for some 8 Banks and in South Wales and the South West for specialist providers in the Healthcare and general commercial market. Our services include:

Initial Due Diligence Reports / Technical Vetting of Development Processes and then Monthly monitoring of works on site through to completion of the project.

Private sector development activities through Wales and the South West, our core area of activity, continue to expand at pace resulting in many interesting commissions coming forward from our funding clients.
Our team undertaking Bank Monitoring services has been expanded by the addition of two new staff, one at Associate level and one an Assistant Surveyor who are both well versed and experienced in work for funding bodies.
Recent commissions within the last month include a Health Centre, a 110 Nursing Home facility, 120,000sqft of commercial office, an industrial development refurbishment and a residential scheme.
